Youth Ambassadors Short Video Workshop 2014

To cultivate the respect for IPR among youngsters, the Customs and Excise Department and the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Alliance co-organized a two-day Short Video Workshop for the Youth Ambassadors at the Customs Headquarters Buildings on 16th April and 17th April.

With the assistance of the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and the International Federation of Creativity and Technology Ltd. (IFOCAT), members of IPRPA, notable professionals of the film industry including Mr. John Chong, Dr. Ho Wai, Mr. Adam Tam, Mr. Tony Shu and Mr. Chris Ng were invited to deliver lectures to the Youth Ambassadors. The speakers covered various topics on producing short video and also shared their valuable experiences in the filming industry with the Youth Ambassadors.

From the Workshop, apart from developing their potentials, the Youth Ambassadors have also understood protecting IPR is vital in the sustainability of the creative industry.
