I     (name of applicant) would like to apply for the membership of the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Alliance (the Alliance). I agree with the objectives of the Alliance, to comply with the member's obligations and abide by the provisions of the memorandum of understanding of the Alliance as laid down/ may be revised by the Alliance from time to time. I also agree to pay an annual member subscription of HKD2,000 to support the operation of the Alliance.
